Our company's transport policy have a legitimate role and makes proposals for minimising environmental impacts. At a site-specific/individual project level, we combine our generic national advice on impacts and solutions with our practical experience and core expertise.

We work with others to influence and contribute to relevant initiatives at the local, regional and national levels. Through these initiatives we seek to ensure that the environmental impacts of transport are recognised and addressed alongside social and economic needs.

We work close to government to develop tools to evaluate the local environmental impacts of individual schemes and transport policy.

We are developing a Green Transport Plan so we can play our part in reducing the day-to-day impacts of our business on the environment.
